Cabbage Soup Diet

Basic Fat Burning Soup
====================
1 Large Bunch Creen Onions 1 Package Liption Onion Soup Mix
2 Green Peppers 6 Beef Bouillon Cubes (Optional)
2 - 23 oz. can of Tomatoes Several Cloves-of Garlic (optional)
1 Bunch Celery Several Bay Leaves (optional)
1 Large Head Green Cabbage
Cut vegetables in small bite-size pieces. Put all vegetables except tomatoes in a pot. Cover with water- Boil fast for 10 minutes. Cut heat and simmer for approximately 30 minutes until vegtables are tender. Add tomatoes and juice. Bring to a boil and heat thoroughly. Add soup mix. Simmer 10 minutes. May be seasoned with salt, pepper, parsley, curry, etc. to taste. (Add extra cabbage and tomatoes if desired.)
1. DAY ONE - All fruits, except bananas. Your first day will consist of all the fruits you want except bananas. Cantaloupes and watermelons are lower in calories than most fruits. Eat only your soup and fruits the first day. For drinks, unsweetened tea, cranberry juice or water.
2. DAY TWO - All vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with all the fresh and/or cooked vegetables of your choice. Try to eat leaf green veggies and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. At dinner time you may reward yourself -with a baked potato and butter. Eat all the soup you want this day also, but don't eat your fruits.
3. DAY THREE- Mix day one and day two. Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. You can't have a baked potato this day.
If you have eaten for three days, as above and have not cheated, you will find that you have lost 5-7 pounds.
4. DAY FOUR - Bananas and skin milk. Eat as many as 8 bannanas and drink as many glasses of skim miklk as you can on this day along with your soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates, and so is the milk. but on this particular day of your diet your body will need the potassium and the carbohydrates, proteins and calcium to lessen the cravings for sweets.
5. DAY FIVE - Beef and tomatoes. You may have 10-20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes or as many as 3 fresh tomatoes on this day. Try to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water this day to wash out the uric acid in your body. Eat your soup at least once this day.
6. DAY SIX - Beef and veggies. Eat to your heart's content of beef and veggies this day. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks if you like with leafy green vegetables, BUT NO BAKED POTATO. Be sure to eat soup At least once this day.
7. DAY SEVEN - Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables. Again Stuff, stuff, stuff yourself. Be sure to eat your soup at least one time this day.

The end of the seventh day, if you have not cheated on the above diet, you will find that you. have lost 10-17 lbs. If you have lost more than 15 lbs. , stay off the diet for 2 days before you resume the diet.
This seven day eating plan may be used as often as you like. As a matter of fact, if correctly followed it will clean your system of impurities and give you a feeling well-being as never before.
After only days of this Process, you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 lbs. and have an abundance of energy. Continue this plan as long as you wish and feel the difference.
This diet is a fast, fat-burning diet and the secret is that you will burn more calories than you take in. It will flush your system of the impurities and give you a feeling of well-being.
This diet does not lend itself to drinking any alcoholic beverages at any time because of the removal of fat build-up in your system. Go off the diet for at least 24 hours before intake of any alcohol.
Because everyone's digestive system is different, this diet will affect everyone differently. After day three, you will have more energy than when you began, if you do not cheat. After being on the diet for several days, you will find your bowel movements have changed - eat a cup of bran and fiber. Although you can have black coffee with this diet, you may find that you don't need the caffeiic after the third day.
Definite no-no's NO BREAD, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, NO CARBONATED DRINKS - NOT EVEN TAB OR OTHER DIET DRINKS. STICK WITH WATER. UNSWEETENED FRUIT JUICES, CRANBERRY JUICE, UNSWEETENED TEA, BLACK COFFEE AND SKIM MILK (on the day it is allowed.)
The Basic Fat-Burning Soup may be eaten at any time when you feel hungry. Eat as much as you wish as often as you like. This soup will not add calories. Eat all you want. The more you eat the more you lose. NO FRIED FOOD OR BREAD. You may eat broiled or baked chicken instead of meat (absolutely no skin on the chicken).
Any prescribed medication will not hurt you on this diet. Continue this plan as long as you wish and feel the difference in both mental and physical disposition. If you prefer you may substitute broiled fish for the beef on ONLY ONE of the beef days. You need high protein in the beef the other day.

Diet Program to Lose Calories

This Healthy Diet Program is designed to flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being. It will improve your emotions because of its cleansing effects. After 7 days you will begin to feel lighter because you will be lighter by at least 3 - 4 Kg. The effectiveness of this seven day plan is that the food eaten burns more calories than they give to the body in caloric value, but is completely nutritional and gives all vitamins, elements, etc. as required. This plan can be used as often as you like without any fear of complications however it is suggested that you rest for a week between each repetition.
You will have an abundance of energy and an improved disposition.
YOU MUST ABSTAIN FROM ALL ALCOHOL. YOU MUST DRINK 10 GLASSES OF WATER EACH DAY
• DAY ONE - All fruits except bananas. Your first day will consist of all the fruits you want. It is strongly suggested that you consume lots of melons on the first day. Especially watermelon and cantaloupe. If you limit your fruit consumption to melons, your chances of losing a lot of weight on the first day are very good.
• DAY TWO - All vegetables. You are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with all the raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. There is no limit on the amount or type. For your complex carbohydrate, you will start day two with a large boiled potato for breakfast. You may top the potato with one pat of butter.
• DAY THREE - A mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice. Any amount, any quantity. No bananas yet. No potatoes today.
• DAY FOUR - Bananas and milk. Today you eat as many as eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. This will be combined with the vegetable soup, which may be eaten in limited quantities.
• DAY FIVE - Today is a feast day. You will eat sprouts and paneer and tomatoes. Eat 280 grams of sprouts and paneer. Combine this with six whole tomatoes. On day five you must increase your water intake by one quart. This is to cleanse your system of the uric acid you will be producing.
• DAY SIX - Sprouts and paneer and vegetables. Today you may eat an unlimited amount of sprouts and paneer and vegetables. Eat to your heart’s content.
• DAY SEVEN - Today your food intake will consist of brown rice, fruit juices and all the vegetables you care to consume.
• Vegetables can be taken in the form of salad if desired. No dressing except malt, white vinegar, squeezed lemon, garlic and herbs. No more than one teaspoon of oil. Do keep way from beans (Lima, Pinto, kidney.) because they tend to be high in calories even though they are very good for you.
BEVERAGES YOU MAY CONSUME WHILE ON THE PROGRAMME.
1. Water flavored with lemon or lime if desired.
2. Club soda
3. Black coffee, No cream or cream substitute, No sugar or sweeteners.
4. Black tea.
5. No fruit juices before Day 7.
HOW AND WHY IT WORKS.
